Summary: Timebox is designed with an offline-first, local-device architecture. We do not collect, track, store, or sell your personal data or habit/timeboxing schedules. Everything you enter remains securely stored strictly on your local device.
1 Information We Do Not Collect
When you use the Timebox mobile application (id.co.timebox), we do not require
you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name,
email address, phone number, or physical location.
Specifically, we do NOT collect:
- Your habit names, logs, streaks, or completion records.
- Your daily timeboxing schedules, tasks, or personal notes.
- Your location or GPS information.
- Your device identifiers for marketing or cross-app tracking.
- Contact lists, media files, or external sensor data.
2 Local Data Storage
All application data (including daily timeboxes, scheduled activities, habit checklists, and user preferences) is stored solely in your device's private local sandbox storage (such as on-device SQLite or local key-value stores).
We do not operate backend servers that receive, process, or synchronize your productivity data. Your data never leaves your physical device unless you personally choose to export or back it up using your operating system's built-in tools (such as Apple iCloud Backup or Android Device Backup).
3 Device Permissions
To deliver its core utility, Timebox may request specific device permissions. These permissions are strictly used locally and never used to transmit data externally:

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device's System Settings.
4 Third-Party Services & Analytics
Timebox does not integrate third-party advertising networks, user profiling services, or invasive behavior tracking SDKs.
Any basic crash reports or aggregate distribution metrics (such as download counts) provided by Google Play Console or Apple App Store Connect are anonymized, aggregated by Apple/Google, and governed by their respective privacy policies.
5 Data Retention and Deletion (Your Rights)
Because all your data is stored locally on your device:
- Complete Control: You can edit, modify, or delete any habit or timebox entry within the app at any time.
- Immediate Data Wipe: Clearing the app's cache/data in device settings or uninstalling the Timebox application from your device permanently removes all data immediately.
6 Children's Privacy
Our application is completely safe for all audiences, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
7 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates in app functionality or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
