1 Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Timebox mobile application
(id.co.timebox), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to
these terms, please do not install or use the application.
2 License & Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Timebox application on compatible mobile devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and applicable store distribution terms (Google Play Terms of Service and Apple Media Services Terms).
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the application.
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
3 Local-First Data & User Responsibility
Timebox functions as an offline-first tool where all habit logs, schedule blocks, and notes are saved strictly on your local device.
Please Note: Because we do not store your data on external cloud servers, you are responsible for maintaining your device and utilizing operating system backups (such as Google Backup or Apple iCloud Backup). We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device malfunction, accidental uninstallation, or factory resets.
4 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Timebox application (including but not limited to design, logos, UI assets, software code, and documentation) are owned by the developers of Timebox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Timebox application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific productivity requirements.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Timebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of productivity, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application.
7 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this landing page. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
